  • is this song easy to learn

  • Thanks for asking. The Prelude is quite easy to learn; however, the fugue is quite difficult, as most fugues are.

  • I am disappointed, you played the Prelude really beautifully but I was looking forward to hearing the fugue. =(

  • Thanks for writing! We are sorry to disappoint you. However, the reason it is abbreviated is because this piece is part of a demo dvd, and the producer had a limited amount of time for seven different pieces. (Demos are usually very brief.) So, he had to use only portions of each piece, which is actually very common. He used the dvd to put these clips onto youtube.

Is this Maria, Josh's daughter? Thanks for the nice compliments. And happy graduation! Please give my regards to your dad!

  • this guy is at my house having dinner with us right now. he is a pretty cool guy. i have not heard him play but he just did a concert in our town. hopefully i will hear him play later tonight.

  • the prelude is easy. I've yet to get grade 1, but can play this easily. what's really great about it is that you can almost sight-read it - just read ahead a bar or so to see what's different about the next arpeggio vs what you're currently playing

  • fugue?

  • Agreed. The prelude is the appetizer, the fugue, the meat. However I appreciate that it could not be helped.
