Nice job. Personally I feel that you said a bit much but nice job standing up for your rights. The stop was illegal and knowing Allen cops it was not a mistake. Texas is not a stop and identify state and federal law requires reasonable suspicion to stop a person and ask for identification. Once the stop had been established as illegal the best/only thing to ask is "Am I being detained or am I free to go?" Talking to him more only gives him a chance to establish reasonable suspicion to search.

Ahhh being pulled over for illegitimate reasons, reminds me of home.....Now I remember why I fucking moved.

You have a masters and you chose to be a police officer? Way to shoot for the stars

I got pulled over in Allen twice in one night. By the same cop. First time was for a wide right turn, second time was for no reason at all. He just said he wanted to make sure my story would match up with before. Why would I change my story if it was the same night, same cop, and I'm not dumb enough to admit I was doing anything wrong. Allen cops are dumb.

Awesome guys. It's about time those Allen PIGS got it stuck to em'. They run rampant around that town without any oversight, their training is attrocious and they should all be fired for being stupid, because realistically they all are.

In TX no one doesn't have to show you anything if being accused wrongfully, it's a right of ours. Period. The only reason you acquired that "A" is cause you're so easily susceptible to suck any dick to get your reward of bullying others, flaunting lies of the law you serve, and your precious paycheck for being a douche. And you got your fuck buddies to cover your ass if you fuck up anytime on/off duty with your buddy system. Wonder why us citizens lack respect? You're welcome. Douche.

next time something like this happens to you, or anyone for that matter, if you really havnt done anything and it was an illegal traffic stop then all you have to do is ask the officer to call his sergant to the scene, then they will know you are not fooling around. at that point they have 2 options :1, they can let you go, or 2 they can call their sergant, only to get in trouble when they arrive because they wont be able to explain why they pulled you over.

@taylor2169 Not sure if you're lying just to be a dick that abuses your power or if whatever university you "obtained" that degree at blatantly misinforms its students, but the only states that have stop and identify laws are: AL, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, KS, LA, MO, MT, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, ND, RI, UT, VT, WI.
Texas isn't on there big kahuna, stop spreading lies and learn the real laws, not your fantasy laws. REASONABLE suspicion is needed to ask for ID if not operating a vehicle.
im the author of this video "matt" and to all the people who are saying good job, and way to go, i urge you all to film every traffic stop you can. if you get pulled over FILM IT. according to the texas state law, anybody can film someone as long as 1 party is aware. (you) lets get cops to actually start doing there job and try to stop the corruption. ANY encounter with cops, film. and when you do, put it on youtube. you can post the link in a comment here and it will get alot of views. thanks.
