@MrItalianmustard i know how to do it without grenades, but its pretty easy to stop them from doing it when theyre trying since its in the centre of the level

You have to throw a nade off to the side. You can't stand on top of the nade and jump or it will kill you! In the video, I jumped at an angle and was able to get hit by the explosion on my way up. It just boosted me instead of killing me.
