This is a general purpose grease gun that's good for household jobs or light duty work in the shop. It comes in a black metal casing that takes 14 ounce cartridges. It's capable of producing up to 6000 psi. To operate this you pull the lever up and push it back it delivers a shot of grease out the front. You have a rigid design tube here about six inches long and now we'll show you how it works and how to get grease inside. To load this grease gun you pull the lever back, and it goes in this dent in right here. Now you unscrew the head assembly from the barrel. Then you pop in your cartridge per instructions then you reassemble it. It's released out here and the spring tension takes care of delivering the grease. Insert grease tube "per instructions".. lol, thanks. The only part I needed was which way the stupid tube goes. But you didn't cover that at all.I see people have asked for nearly a year for that info.. I will be sure to keep that in mind when I need trailer parts.

Yhis does not show inseertion of grease tube and final assembly!!! That's what I needed to see!

The instructions for loading the grease gun are as follows:

1. Unscrew the head from the barrel

2. Pull back the rod handle and lock into position

3. Remove the plastic cap from the end of grease cartridge and insert, open end first, into the barrel

4. Push the grease cartridge into the barrel until the rim of the pull-tab end contacts the rim of the barrel. Then remove the pull-tab seal from the end of the grease cartridge.

5. Loosely reinstall barrel to head cap

6. Release rod groove from retaining slot in end cap.

7. Exert pressure on rod to force grease into head. This should expel trapped air.

8. Tighten head cap. Depress air bleeder valve to expel remaining trapped air.

9. Pump the lever several times until grease flows from the coupler.

this vid is worthless because you don't really load a cartridge. Your guns are a challenge to actually load so post something that actually shows the loading and using of the gun rather than just talk about it.
