The only time tribalism is a problem in the South is want tribes are fighting, like Murle and Nuer and many other tribes..This is what will kill the South my friend..look at this issue not who is working for the government!...You are Equatorians and so you will feel treated unfair..but thinks will change in times...there may be more Equatorians, nuers, women nobody knows..it was Dinka who dominated the spla army and so it is them who dominate the government now..but it will change.
