I was scared as well with it being dark and only seeing the tornado thru the flash of lightning. I had no idea there were as many homes as there was in the path.

I have nothing against tim marshall but I do not see why he could not have rated this tornado an F4. The houses were described by him as being well-built and some were swept clean and looks like it is approaching near F5 damage.

i remember i was at wlmart in mesquite an u could see the super cell and the lightning in it it was preety cool seeing it

Sarah,Im sorry about Colson,Its not fair that he died in the tornado and wish that every house in Texas had storm cellars. It was very scary to see the tornado in the dark only during the few flashes of lightning and only to watch it get bigger by the minute.Its hard losing family and friends and a Storm Chaser friend of mine who was in the area that night recently passed away. Please tell Colson's family my thoughts are with them when ever I think of that tornado that night.
