G'mornin' Michael! I spent a month in Alaska a decade ago filling in for an ailing cook at a fishing lodge on the tundra along the Alagnak. Unlike your adventure I saw very little of Alaskan glory, but I saw plenty of eagles and bears and salmon. During the salmon run I had hoped to see the bears ripping into the fish just like on the nature shows. HA! Just a few yards from endless stream of salmon the bears were content to gorge on BLUEBERRIES! Excellent prop for a Smucker's commercial!
