PLEASE READ. YES IM LONG WINDED AS A MAFUKA. BUT THIS IS ABOUT AS REVEALING AS I HAVE EVER BEEN ON YOUTUBE. CHERISH THE MOMENT.

reach out more. find it in yourself 2 either accept what im saying or get mad enough 2 make a change. anger directed at me bounces right off the screen youre yelling at. i dont receive it - therefore it doesnt affect me. i welcome disagreement but i will not tolerate immaturity. those who fail 2 comprehend will never get the point.

ive noticed that the very ppl my video does NOT apply 2 are the ones who are giving me the best feedback. the ones it DOES apply 2 are commenting before they have watched the entire vid & mostly with conteXtual statements & angry rants that i guess are supposed 2 make me bleed. LOL. #fail

there are ppl on here that i have watched transition. most have been on T a year or more. but even as i peruse their older vids they still werent making the type of vids i spoke about in my original vid. they spoke about therapy, name changes, work related situations, family reactions, relationships, resources 4 surgeons, health related issues etc. & THEN there was the occasional mention of hair growth & a few shoulder shots. in their cases it was understandable because they didnt always reveal that info in every vid. they also never made those things the focus of their vids even in their early stages.

since you younger ppl want 2 be compared 2 the likes of laidbaqq toneo kamari committed2mars jabari justjehryn zyonisftm & a few others who i RESPECT & was NOT directing my vid 2wards - go back & look at their vids. really watch them. even pre T those mentioned were already mentally well prepared 4 the transitions you witnessed. you cant be compared 2 them just because you FEEL you are alike. hell walk a day in MY shoes. im older than all yall. ive lived thru bulldagger dike lesbian butch stud & any other derogatory name s'one could come up with. i classify as seven. put me in no category. ill accept "unusual."

when i view other ftm vids all i see are lesbians who have reached their evolution ceilings & are searching 4 a new identity 2 relate 2 as if there is a hierarchy of being gay. they no longer wish 2 be called "stud" so they move on 2 ftm (where theres no gatekeeper) as if its the new "swag". THATS WHAT THE GIST OF ME CALLING IT FAD IS. "LIVING as ftm" is not what im addressing as a fad - never was - its "claiming 2 be" an ftm when youre clearly not living the life. im sure it looks attractive from the outside especially 2 those anXious 4 change - but ask a person who decided 2 wait until their late 20-30s what they endured at your ages.

its hilarious 2 me when i read a comment from some youngin claiming i dont know how things feel inside. i almost wanna just pat myself on the back 4 face & realness down - that you would think i cant relate. i was probly walking balls snatching trophies (ebony) when most of you who are angry & griping were still in pigtails & dresses - yet i dont know what im talking about? LMAO!

at any rate im glad the original video 'ftm transgender: is it a fad or a lifestyle?' hit home & sparked a serious debate that will hopefully bring out more voices that need 2 be heard. i stand up 4 the ftms as well as mtfs. make no mistake. but its just like when you call yourself anything else - dont talk about it be about it. & as a viewer i eXpect nothing less. twitter.com/sevenblunts if you need confirmation on how im living. and im so consistent.

my self statement: Seven - Be Like U Never Take Shorts.

peace & love.......seven.

LET ME GET THOSE 1000 VIEWS UP OUTCHA! THANKS

ohtranZkingZ: great videos - "ftm = fad"

  • Greetings!!! I stumbled across ur vid bcus of all the chaos it startd.....LOL.....I have to commend u for challenging people to THINK....Lol.....and to speak on things that have some Substance....Much Respect to you....Stay True

  • @MistaGayBoi preciate it.

  • Generalizing an entire communities "motive" based off of your limited, and biased knowledge about the subject is WRONG. You only know what you see, you do NOT know anything about the psychological make up of these people. You are giving ammo to EVERY bigot that wants to put down the LGBT community, after all people say being gay is a "fad". In my eyes, you are just another person judging because YOU don't understand. Its okay, your like most of America..ignorant, uneducated about difference.

  • @nickalbritton feel better? bless you.

  • I'm an older ftm who has 2 mtf cousins who are legendary in the ball scene. Realness ICON.... Never seen you walk face & u would lose hands down ....Now....I Understand where u come from but ur perception. Is oldskool... These younger ftms. Know wat they want they spend money to do it ...go through all the name callin even more now as they transition so... Wat makes them any

different?....age?....mindset???...more power to them for Courage !!!....Something that older trans never had. Believe i

  • @flyiiboi may your mind one day mature. its gonna be beautiful when puberty finally hits you. bless you my child.

  • you're comparing new youtube channels of ftm's to ftm's that are further along in physical changes in their transition but all ftm's differ from one another. This is very distasteful. We all have our own story. You're doing a lot of analyzing but it's a lot of perception. You're watching videos but you're not behind scenes with us. If you want to know how we feel ask all of us individually. Sound more like of a critic of ftm's...kinda how the world did lesbians and gays, said it was a Epidemic

  • @flyiiboi Still don't get the point....SMH for FTMs wanting people to accept them but you all are being really close minded about this.

  • I watched your video, I'm ftm. It's a lot safer to be trans now, and I think that's why there are more ftms now. I think people shouldn't rush. There is therapy for reason. I know people that went through therapy, and realized it wasn't for them. It's a BIG thing to change your whole gender. It's painful, its costly, and it's a last resort. For me it was life or death. I think this video was much more well thought out. I sometimes wonder if really really young kids, are ready, but I'm not them.

  • To be completely honest. I agree with you. I'm trans but some people who transition it really just isn't meant for them and you can tell. It makes us look bad and I'm so sick of it. Now I know why we have to go thru a whole bunch of therapy and shit. Just doesn't make sense. But yea I'm definitely not a hater I agree 100%

  • I thought both of your videos were very good and you stepped on alot of toes. Ppl shouldn't call themselves advocates if they aren't providing a full spectrum. When lifestyles become open to society, there will be ppl who will engage in certain lifestyles simply because it is now an option. In that case, everything can become a fad.

  • The issue you're not grasping is that there are some trans people who go stealth and some that do not. The trans community is very very very complex. Until we reach the point where we can be viewed entirely a the genders we transition into, and be accepted, stealth will be a reality. Not all trans people live the same way.

  • On the one hand, I agree with your main point in this vid & the original vid. Thanks for pointing out many ftms need to be more substantive when talking about their transitions and not just talk about physical changes. On the other hand, making assumptions about why some people transition (lesbians who are looking for a new identity) is a judgmental. Have you talked to such an ftm? Did he tell you he was a lesbian searching for a new identity and that's why he transitioned?

  • I would LOVE to have a sit down with you. You NEED to talk to people and not just judge....

  • how parents record their children when they're little? It's similar. You don't want to miss any moment. You want to re-live it.So you take out the camera. Besides, it's good to let people know that they're not alone.Having a Vlog is a great way to do so.It's about reaching out to your community. That's all.

  • It's not all about the appearance. It's not about wanting to "conform" or "blend in" with society. It is a serious birth defect, that is crippling if left untreated. You have to risk your family, your friendships, your education, your job outlook, your whole, entire, future.Especially when it comes to being a black male. And as far as documenting the transition; Why not share such an experience? We're not killing anyone. Why not film a lifetime achievement? It's almost like being born again. You know how

  • I really see your point. Im an older ftm that has been shocked by the abundance of new transguys in the community. It seems like its spreading like wildfire. That point, i definitiely understand, but i dont understand why u feel like ftms need to share their deeper emotional journey to others. Maybe its to deep to share. just like u said u wouldnt want to put every thing on your channel, dont expect ftms to do the same.Everyone thinks a transperson shud share intimate parts of their lives.

  • And physical changes r a large part of transitioning bc you are feeling that your physical appearance is finally beginning to match what you have always felt like on the inside.Sitting in front of a camera or even on a beach without a shirt is what many ftm's have wanted there entire lives so being able to do it is great.
