Irresponsible people leave their pets behind, like throwing away the garbage. Their mentality is terribly wrong, since they dispose members of their families as like used objects... They believe their pets are... expandable... Spay, neuter and never abandon! That's the only humane, ethical and correct way.

Crazy thing is, that is only d e t r o i t . . .

I'm so passionate about rescuing dogs. I have four of my own, and I've had a couple while growing up. I will never understand the psychology of someones brain who has the guts to do these types of horrible things.

No they will not dogs will starve to death before attacking large groups of humans or other animals if there is the odd lone human even animals that seem friendly can attack but i said it before i trust the stray dogs more then i trust the humans breeding them and killing them and each other.. humans are becomeing a big over populated violent mess.

ques is how do you regulate & catch the offenders? In Sydney Aus & Toronto Canada & NYC for instance there are no strays on the streets they pick them up and take care of them, wonder why Detroit is so un caring? Coz the city's broke? poor babies esp with extreme temps in winter and summer.
