CONSCIOUS BREATH AND DANCE

We offer you a unique opportunity to explore yourself through your body in a new way. You can become more fluid, grounded, aware and fit through our special dance movement sessions. You can either join us for ongoing group classes, individual sessions, or to participate in our performance group!

Conscious Breath & Dance

This ongoing class will support your expansion, movement, and consciousness through a variety of meditation techniques including OSHO Active Meditations, breath sessions, bioenergetics, and numerous dance processes set to all music genres. Release tension, open up your body, connect with others and have juicy fun dancing and surprising yourself with new ways of moving. Find out what is available to you when you dance beyond techniques and ideas of what dance should look like. Instead, move from your core, accessing an expansive meditative awareness. Let your breath guide your movement, and let the force of your full energy take you over.




Breakthrough Breath and Dance™ Individual Sessions


Rohi has created this unique technique for deep healing and celebration of life.

Especially useful for athletes, dancers, artists, and actors, and highly beneficial for everyone, Breakthrough Breath and Dance TM will aid you to deeply develop personal awareness through your body. Rohi uses breathwork, bio-energetic movement, and her signature dance techniques to support you in becoming aware of layers within you that are ready to be released and healed. You will move in ways you never imagined you could, you will break through body armor and tension, and release locked up trauma and emotion, ultimately feeling joy, energy, and freedom coursing through your body.

Rohi shares with you the gratitude she experiences as a dancer, the physicality, intensity, and lightness of it. Her 20-year career as a professional ballerina, dance teacher, and choreographer, and her training in psychotherapy, breath therapy, and Osho Active Meditation is synthesized into this approach to healing. Also a DJ and producer of meditation and electronic dance music, Rohi utilizes her musical creations, as well as your favorite music, to take you on a journey deeper inside yourself.




Breathing Dance Troupe

Twice a year we put together a performance group of men and women any age who want to go through a personal development process involving dance movement, breathwork, and meditation.

We meet for a weekly two-hour session in which we first open up our bodies and creative processes through movement, and then create a show as a group. We use all kinds of music and meditation techniques to choreograph dance from a space of being totally in the moment. The end result is something very beautiful and different to other shows; it is actually a platform for audience members to also access meditation. We also involve the audience in part of the performance with special breath and movement exercises which help them to drop into an expansive space with us. An energy exchange is truly happening. You need not have any background in dance to join in, simply a desire to do so. If you are a trained dancer, you can expect to open different dimensions than you are used to through this work.
