♪ Gabriella's Song ENGLISH cover - As It Is In Heaven / Så Som i Himmelen HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICK!

This song is so beautiful and has a very powerful premise. I sung it for one of my best online friends Nick whose birthday it is today, so happy birthday Nick!! I hope you had a great day!! He loves As It Is In Heaven as much as me ^v^

This film is so wonderful, it's really emotional and has great characters and fantastic acting, I would definitely recommend it to everyone, it always makes me cry. This song is sung by one of the characters, Gabriella, played by Helen Sjöholm who is FAN-TAS-TIC, another one of my favourite singers. For those who haven't seen the movie, this song gets its power from the fact that Gabriella is domestically abused by her husband.

I want to say I'm really sorry that I sung this in English seeing as the original is in Swedish and it's so beautiful. I really wish I COULD have done it in Swedish, but I would have totally butchered the lovely language and it would have been even worse. So I just tried to make some English lyrics based off of the translation. Even if it's a bit nonsensical and not entirely accurate translation wise, the premise is still the same so I hope you can forgive me for that, I tried to put as much emotion into it as possible because this song always makes me cry whenever I watch the movie, it's so so powerful and gorgeous. I know it didn't need to be in English and that's not why I did it, I just did it in English because I can't do Swedish T_T I wish I could!! I love the language and Sweden in general ^^
