Apparently it's not only Senator Rubio. I just saw an article on ABC news website that several GOP Latinos are having their parental backgrounds questioned. Again this only being done to those who aren't white. Also this is just an extension of WHITE RACIST BIRTHER MOVEMENT.

The interesting thing is I said this questioning of people's citizenship wouldn't stop at President Obama. While white racism is the cause of this. Pols of color /non white pols need to fight against this.

@mic187x2 I have done no research but I am guessing that since race isn't really a factor for white people, they have less to gain by making up a back story. If you're seen as different, making the difference cool and exotic turns what could be a barrier into an advantage; if you're already in the club, nobody even asks where you came from.
