O'REILLY TOOK THIS COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTEXT. All Posner was only trying to show the Chinese that no one is perfect, not even America. This is a very effective technique used to help convince those, like the Chinese, to begin making changes towards equal human rights.

Nobody is denying that China is a world class human rights violator, it's just that the US is guilty of it too which gives Chinese politicians the ammunition they need to fire back.
