Daniel Vitalis ( http://danielvitalis.com ) is a leading health, nutrition, and personal development strategist as well as a nature based philosopher. In seeking to answer the health challenges of modern humanity, Daniel deeply immersed himself in the natural medicine, nutritional practices, and lifestyle pursuits that supported our ancestors in many generations of robust health, powerful immunity, and intentional longevity. This Quest has lead to a unique, non-dogmatic approach to invincible health and personal development that he calls "Shamanic Nutrition", a strategy based on the timeless understanding of the elements of Earth, Water, Air, and Fire.

Thanks for the awesome info! Finally someone is saying something! Keep on spitt'n knowledge! ::)

  • @therawseed ~ heheheeehe.. the punchline comes in #6 ~ My tape ran out before the punchline and thanks to a friend filming in the audience we caught it! The angle, lighting, etc.. leaves something to be desired, but the punchline is there so worth every minute of it :) Thanks for watching!!!

  • @123padd123hjk: we were hunters... meat!!!

  • What did people eat then if there was no fruit, no dairy, no grains, no legumes and no vegetables?

Where would there calories/energy and nutrition be coming from? I was thinking nuts but then realised these would have been seasonal and not enough to fiill yearly energy/nutrition needs.

So this just leaves animals with a small amount of wild leaves.

i have a wildly growing purple grape vine growing in my back yard in PA and besides a few Wasps eating some of the grapes most of the fruit is Untouched by any insects and i never spray anything on the fruit and it grows and stays healthy every year, its totally wild i dont do anything to the vine and insects , mold and fungus are Not an issue .

  • @SevaLife

Mike Arnstein has been eating a Mainly Organic Fruit diet for 5 years and is one of the top elite athletes in America and is super healthy

  • @SuperfoodSpeakeasy

this all sounds incredible, However what about all the super elite Long term Raw Vegan Athletes on here who eat alot of fruit that are incredibly Healthy and doing great ? just to name a few we have

Doug Graham, Tim Van Orden, Durian Rider, Freelea , dan Mc donald Life regenerator, Lou Corona etc. Their life experience totally contradicts Daniels teachings here

  • @danieljh

yes it is interesting and very thought provoking, but i dont think hes correct in stating Apples are not indigenous to North America , in fact they were and are . We all know of wildly growing apple trees out in Nature in America and they are excellent high quality nutrient dense food

  • @paweleve

You are right, Daniel is wrong

  • @therawseed

    watch the channel

    THE FRUITARIAN

  • @burgundeejones

Humans were never meant or biologically intended to eat Meat, by a study or our anatomy and physiology its completely obvious we were meant to be raw vegans

  • sugarbomb, i love that term.

  • In Poland we have a apple orchard not just apples but plums peaches cherries berries, we never sprayed nothing we chased away the birds that tried eating our cherries, we kinda shared low growing berries with bugs and wild animals, there was always enough for everyone, and the tress gave birth every season. Please explain how my story contradicts Daniels?

  • this was actually stuff i had been thinknig about, a lot of this stuff i already know, but not talked about in this context.
