i am in my 6th month of my 6 month evaluation and i want to know more about what u have been through.

Thanks for the advice on making sure you get all the written advice you should get. I got some from the dietician, but I think I will order a book on lap band too.

probly not as good as the bariatric advantage, but I use liquid centrum which you can get right at any walgreens.

glad you're doing so well. Don't worry the gas and the tightness won't last. Once you're swelling goes down you'll be able to eat more. 6 weeks out you'll be hungry. 12 weeks out you'll forget you even have a band until you eat without chewing well. Hahaha :-)
