me and my brother were at route 66 and 100 in gray summit for about an hour and a half preaching the gospel. I had my Jimenez Arms 9mm in a hip holster in an open carry, when a state police officer stoped traffic and detained me, placeing me in handcuffs, for nothing in particular.

In Missouri we can carry locked, cocked, and ready to rock. It doesnt have to be unloaded.

I OC because I dont have a CCW. I dont wat one either. It would make me feel more like a subject than a citizen.
