  • Lots of people have ordered them since we released them. You can read testimonials on the page. If you enter the coupon code YOUTUBEDVDS you will save 25%

  • I do some strength training, but muscle building is not my #1 priority. I want all-around fitness. I can do 50 to 60 pushups in a row, and run for an hour or more without getting tired. I don't know that many body builders who are actually that strong, so I don't care not having a politically-correct, "Men's Health", protein powder-boosted look inside a sick body. Most body builders keep their look only for a few weeks a year and in their "off season" they look horrible.

  • Anybody out there own these DVDs? Thinking about picking them up, but they're kind of pricey so I want to make sure it's worth it.

  • @fersibveg From Frederic Patenaude's website - (hisname dot com)

  • @leicbri where did you order the dvds??

  • Exactly! Its not looking good, Its feeling good!

And if you feel good then you'll always look good.

  • I've ordered these DVDs, really looking forward to receiving them.

  • How can you tell if he does or doesn't have muscle? He's wearing clothes! Muscle doesn't have to mean "muscle-bound"....

  • Ive seen people on this diet who are quite muscular. Fred looks very VERY healthy.....why must people always think that one has to have big overpuffed up muscles to be *muscular/athletic*???

Different people have different body types....hes not that big buffed out type. It wouldnt look right on him. Hes got more of a runner/yoga/swimmers body type.
