From Diamond Bar, CA Diamond Bar High School "The Thundering Herd" performing their march entitled The Boys of the Old Brigade by William Paris Chambers at the La Palma Band Review on Saturday, November 14th 2009.
Scores Class 5A 93.65 - 4th place Band 87.20 - 3rd place Auxiliary 75.10 - HS Military Drum Major (10 pt. pen)
I agree on the marching and I think spats are always a risk--everything sticks out. On the other hand, I was very impressed with DB's music this past week and especially at Chino. I think you will do very well at Arcadia next week.
Well i was disappointed after i saw the scores, but this past marching season, we've improved a lot and thats what matters. Let's just finish this at Arcadia and leave a good impression on the judges and hopefully we'll make it among the top bands. Gl DBHS @ Arcadia, I know itll be a performance we'll never forget.

I saw one drop, but why'd he get another 5 points dropped?
