If you are bringing a relative to live permanently in the U.S., you must accept legal responsibility for financially supporting this family member. You accept this responsibility and become your relative's sponsor by completing and signing a document called an Affidavit of Support.

Hi, thanks for the video, I"m stuck with i-134, and 1040 forms, I won in the Diversity program 2012, and passed my interview succesfully on November 14, 2011 at the US consulate general in Casablanca, my visa is approuved but it's suspended untill I bring i-134 and 1040 forms, nobody in the US wanna help me, I don't wanna miss this chance, if anyone can help me I'll pay 1000$ for these 4 damn pages. I can support myself and find an appartement I just need these forms to liberate my visa.
