the only thing that will happen in court is they might get a monetary award if suing for such. The constituents of that county vote those bozo commissioners in - just like every county in the USA - and do as the majority wants. We who own pits are in the minority - as the media would have us - and our voices are often squashed by their liberal mindset.

Ugly doesn't begin to describe that a-hole. You could see in his actions he is a disturbed man. He was the one who became agitated, loud and defensive. I bet he kicks dogs and beats up women. He was probably picked on by the biggest bully in school and strangely enough, he looks/acts like Barney Fife and is in NC!

Little man attitude warning - take out aggressions on defenseless dog.

I bet you and your fellow yellow yahoo redneck officers hoot and laugh about every dog you shoot.

I would love to detain and line up very cop who has shot a dog because their ego was swollen that day and point a gun at them until they cried to be released. I would then hold them there for another 8 hours, in handcuffs, letting them soil themselves. Maybe they would think about the quality of life in general and learn some much needed humility. Especially those two.

@mark442w30 Witnesses, the children and parents said that the kids where playing with the dogs. It was not aggresive in any way.

I would take the witnesses word over 2 policemen trying to cover for their fellow policeman.

@awwyousmell ANY OFFICERS THAT RESPOND TO A CALL FOR AN AGGRESSIVE DOG DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE DOG WEATHER IT IS OR NOT. if the dog barks and charges it is considered AGGRESSIVE. now with two other police officers saying it was aggressive it will be put down. PUBLIC SAFTEY. you would sue the county if that so called friendly dog bit you or your family member because it was scared by a stranger. it happens all over the world. listen very carefully to the conversation.

@mark442w30 stfu because they didn't let the dog loose it broke free from a wooden fence of the yard and the dog wasn't going to kill anyone its trained it lives with a kid -_- the dog wasnt aggressive or charged the deputy who shot it. it wasnt like they deliberately let their dog loose in the fucking public. its not your typical terrible pitbull the way themedia portrays it. those aggressive pits are the results of stupid dogfighting abusive owners. this family raised Bella the right way
