Caring About The Strays (C.A.T.S.), Inc. http://www.care4strays.org is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing for the well-being of our community's homeless animals in New Jersey's Pascack Valley. The organization's dream is to one day establish a cage-less no-kill adoption center to house rescued cats. A foster program for dogs is also a goal as well as educational programs on pet ownership and commitment for students in local schools.
