  • Freud es el padre del psicoanalisis. Y a Freud no se lo ama.... a Freud se lo entiende

  • i would consider it not as a pseudo science.... even science is not available at all for everybody ... there's always a fact that changes even laws ... his theory is very well explained and true... we can apply this kind of tratment in some kind of patients, if it werent truth patients never would get better... even now in actuallity with more than one hundred years pyschoanalisis still causes conmotion with its opinion over the people, its easier to sai its a lie than believe it could be true!

  • @newfan7:

I am attacking all irrational beliefs that are not based on something which is perceiveable. It doesn'r make sense to believe in something which isn't proveable or hasn't a practical utility. Please tell me what is the same objection which we are talking about. - What is your opinion on Freuds theories and pyschoanalysis?

  • @alejojj87:

Well I can be absolutely shure in this case because you are using a computer and Internet to communicate with me! Not every kind of knowledge is only a mind construction. Many things are a technical contruction based on matter too.

In psychology you can prove theories in the way of self experience. The truth is related to something that has an empirical existence or a logical structure. - All other things are nothing more than a kind of speculative ideas or beliefs.

  • @newfan7 You are right in something: YOU THINK that I know where they can be useful, but you can not be sure. I only trying to show how any kind of human knowledge it is a construction, we all believe in it becouse someone tell us to believe in. There is no way to prove it is the true. You can believe in whatever you want to. But you cannot attack others believes based on reasons that are subject to same objections.

  • @alejojj87:

Well I think you know where maths and other science can be used with great success in planning, calculation and much more. At nowadays it is a question for everyone on this planet because we cannot live without this anymore!

You can also observe mechanisms an you can prove it by acting in many ways. I think it was a big fault in empiricism using only the power of thinking to built up theories. Not everything in logic or theories is only a question of mind construction!

  • @newfan7 First: Useful for what?, Is it something that we all have interest in?

Second: You can observe facts but you cannot observe mechanisms, wich are necesary to elaborate theories, laws or any other caint of "useful" mind constructions. That is the clasical empiricism problem. Then, any mechanism that is use to describe human behaviour is a subjective mind construction. It is on the same level as psicoanalysis, including yours: "The reason why someone is ....". (sorry about my english)

  • @alejojj87:

Theories, numbers etc. are useful man made mind constructions and facts can be observed. The hypothesis of unconscious sex power and aggression is simply wrong but sometimes people are not conscious about their own will or do the will of others in a similar way.

If you observe human behaviour you can get facts. There is something happening which can be clearly described. The reason why someone is doing something is mostly speculative and best known by the person himself.
