@hoomaan100 This is a dental demo meaning all the shots are done intraolraly. the Gow-Gates technique, that you don't even know how to spell correctly, is done using the land marks shown by the mirror and comparing these landmarks intraoraly thus to properly align the syringe and needle tip when administerint the block. You know that with the proper training or if you understood the instructions given in spanish but that is too much for somebody who doesn't properly speel english.
