this is the original version of the song on a 45 from 1958 the year david seville 1st came up with the chipmunks theme. there are lots of versions floating around. i know this to be a fact as i have the original 45. there are around 5 versions of this song floating around, this is still the original and best in my opinion.

... heres how to make a #1 hit song -get some people who are some what decent at singing-then u get them to sing alot of catchy or rymies words then u auto tune it and speed up the song and there u go
