Built on the effective and innovative servant leadership model, Trinity Western University's Master of Arts in Leadership Program enables you to earn your degree within 25 months without disrupting your ongoing employment. Using a unique blend of learning experiences, the program combines on-campus education during the summer and interactive online learning during the rest of the year allowing you to directly apply the principles you learn to your work setting.

specialized study courses will be taught online through interactive learning forums, one course at a time over 10 - 12 week periods: Sept.-Nov., Dec.-Feb., and, Mar.-May during year one and year two. Throughout the program you'll initiate, execute and complete your work-related leadership project.

Because of the focused nature of this program, only 30 students are accepted into each cohort. Tuition is competitively priced at approximately $23,600 for the entire 25 month program based on students entering the program in 2009.
