@RenewedFaith Thats called "Buffering". You're internet is not fast enough to stream 1080p videos at a constant rate.

Not sure why but when I use this to watch a movie (1080) on my xbox it will work for a little while than it loads every 30 secs... any ideas?

Yeah, it's perfectly safe. You install it on your PC and then your XBox connects to it via your home network.
