Momma, now you cooked the hell outta this fried rice!!! Now, usually I cook my rice the day before. For it must be refridgerated, to keep it from being mushy while frying! BUT, you stated you used instant, and it turned out good!!! I WILL DEFINITELY TRY THE INSTANT!!! Thanks, sista.
