A discussion of Vietnam and the issue of communism. Good show with Gene Simmons, the always thoughtful Christopher Hitchens, Whoopi Goldberg and Dennis Prager. Bill Goes against convention wisdom and states that the Vietnam war may not have been a waist like every one thinks. I have to admit I don't quite know where I stand on whether that war was worth it myself.

Whats really funny is that while Maher supported a war that killed many times the amount of both Asians and Americans, Maher is still generally regarded as a good liberal, while many regarded Christopher as a Neo-Con and traitor to the left.

@help4343 Great point...this is the only time that i know of where Maher has been outspoken about Vietnam, at least in this kind of public forum. Most of his liberal friends probably don't even know that he seems to have such contradictory views. Quite curious, indeed.
