Wow, what a horrible assumption. So EVERY teacher in the inner city is hardworking? dedicated? and brave? Wake up! I grew up in the inner city, sure there were some amazing teachers. But most were GARBAGE! Guess what, they knew as soon as they hit their tenuer, then they had reached a figurative "early retirement". Why is someone going to bust their ass when they get no incentive? & the teacher next door can just sit there reading a newspaper and get paid the same? GARBAGE!!!

This video breaks my heart! Those poor kids and their parents do not realize that they are just pawns in a bigger game!
God bless the hard-working, dedicated, and BRAVE teachers who risk their lives daily in order to teach the children of the inner-city!
