Small Faces - Unknown single

This song is from the LP "Small Faces - By Appointment" But under the tittle "What'a matter baby".
Small Faces also has a single(B-side) with the name "Whats a matter baby", but this is completely different from whats on these 2 LPs. Its not on CD as far as i can tell. Anyone who know more about this?

it's not the small faces, but "little pictures" by adam,mike and tim...single released on decca in 1965. this misprint affected a couple of other cheap small faces compilations too :o))

Well this solves a mystery! I have the LP pictured at 0:46 and it also has the song on it that's playing in this vid but on the sleeve it say's it's called 'jokerman'. I thought it probably was a balls up as it sounds nothing like the Small Faces. Nice song though.
