@gunnerman22 I'm a junior member in my company and if we slack off when we are at a call our chief makes us run the perimete of the fire house three times in full gear includeing SCBA I had to do it once and I tell you what I never slaced off after that...I got blisters to it sucks having to run in full gear.

i would have fallen .alot . (probie , and i still have mastered walking , i no im a great firefighter haha )
