Rover P4 100 V8 1962 3528cc

Rover 100 fitted with an SD1 3500 Vanden Plas engine and 5 speed gearbox.
The Rover was fitted with the engine when I bought it a few years ago, but I don't know who did the work. It appears to be well converted and is great to drive. The car also has a few upgrades, radial tyres, 110 style hub caps, Lyback individual seats and 110/95 dashboard. The car still requires plenty of cosmetic work..........as you can probably see. Video taken with a Blackberry and so the video sound is not good. It does sound OK though. I've muted the sound now as it was quite disturbing, will try a better recording later.

definitely faster than the P4s I've driven. The car feels quite modern and accelerates nicely. The lighter engine and transmission makes the steering much easier and so it handles nicely around corners, the radials seem fine and presumably help. Steering is still difficult when parking....much of this down to the radials I would think. Hope your 110 is going well...

i bet it goes very fast.how about handling with the radials ?
