police harrassment

this is 2 of 3 videos of this police officer harrassing me on my way to new orleans. my court date is feb 18 2009. i need serious help from a lawyer about this i am a katrina victim on my way back to new orleans but i am harassed by officer charlie turner or blount county alabama almost every time.

Regardless....the guy was pulled over for illegal lane change and he was cooperating with the officers...that is NOT probable cause to even get the dogs out to begin with. ....then if you watch closely, the officer handling the dog SHOWS the dog the area to hit on as he comes around the back of the car. ...

I hate turner! everytime I drive round locust fork I get pulled over for no probable cause. He tells me 'just making sure you're no under the influence' and checks my records, and tag plate atleast five times.

Don't need a search warrant if you have 'probable cause'. If you hadn't screwed up in your driving, you wouldn't have been pulled over. That's not harrassment...that's the law. Posting this video has made you look a tad foolish I'd say.
