@SIZZLEBIZZLE1982 It is probably just the light. I'm a vocalist and have spent a bit of time in the studio. Trust me, you can't track a professional vocal that will be heard by the masses if you have a ton of smoke in the room. Not only does it kill your voice, I would also assume that it would not be so good on the equipment either.

The last "Now I'm" he did was the best. If you listen to the album, I'm pretty sure it's the "Now I'm" that they used.
I could be wrong though.
It's just that the final "Now I'm" sounds like the one that is on the album Cold Day Memory.
