We'll meet again by Benny Goodman and Peggy Lee is audio for Bill Mauldin's Willie & Joe WWII Cartoons which were loved by WWII servicemen the world over.
His cartoons appeared in Stars & Stripes and Bill was a Sargent in the U.S. Army's 45th Division.
He received a Purple Heart as a result of being wounded in Italy by a German Artillery attack. In 1945 Bill received the Pulitzer Prize for for his work.

i remember the one carton where the guy gives up his dry socks to another guy for saving his life i read that as a kid somewhere i thought WOW thats deep and now many years later after serving in Iraq and Afghanistan i understand what the value of dry socks can mean mean in diar situations
