  • I think Manning and Assange should be held up as heroes, not charged with a crime. Assange isn't even a US citizen, and committed no crimes in the US. There is no jurisdiction to charge Assange with a crime. Having sex with a sleeping woman is pretty creepy, but I think the pursued her just to get him in a country that would extradite him to the US.

  • @christo930 yea, it's cartoon ridiculous to call him a traitor or say WL is treasonous, he's Australian!! lol!

  • Of course, those in power already know the truth and are the least inclined to listen because they benefit the most from lies. Telling truth to the average person who's left mushroomed in the dark is much more necessary. That's the Tube best mission, if such it has.

  • @TheAzov oh absolutely. that's what it's all about.. tellin the truth to the people.. 'truth to power' is a turn of phrase. of course dey know the troof dare. thats why they so nervous... hella hella hella nervous..

  • This is still a great video

  • @fringeelements That is kind of a euphemism for a modern western gov. The US is now incarcerating more people than any other country in the world, at least 1/2 of which are for non-violent drug offenders. We have lost our 4th amendment rights and some cases Habeas Corpus. We are torturing people, holding people indefinably without a charge filed or legal counsel. I could go on and on. The executive branch, especially under Bush jr, grew it's power by leaps and bounds.

  • @christo930 I really don't know why you say the US is far from "liberal" democracy. Well I don't know what you mean by liberal. The US has elections, and the result of letting everyone vote and this system is "fascism" as you call it. It's not a movement away from democracy, it's the fullest realization of democracy.

  • @SkidRowRadio The response of the media is the most telling and the most troubling. If the media wasn't demonizing them, the US gov wouldn't be pursuing this so strongly. The mentality in the US about gov secrecy just goes so much farther than prudent.

  • I like to refer to the US as "Fascist light". We are a long way from NAZI Germany or even Mussolini's Italy, but we are also pretty far away from the liberal democracy we once had. I would say we have a "light" police state as well. Every year, police brutality becomes more and more commonplace, or the internet is just exposing what was always there. Either way, the system needs major changes.

  • @FailLeviathanSailor Silly fascisti who think they can weasel out of their intellectual bankruptcy with non-sequiturs.

  • @SkidRowRadio EcoFascist/Nazis... in my Eastern European country, this is the norm

In Capitalist UK... cockroach men dominate
