I gotta disagree with you on that. Because Galactus can't really survive a Galaxay destroying attack(Aka the ultimate nullifer), yet prime survived the total destruction of a universe without a scrath. Though most of his clothes were destroyed.

Prime without a doubt. He survived the total destruction of an entire universe and only thing it did to him was destroy his clothes and flung him into a different universe and time era.
