You guys (Fujiracing) need to do a nice little 13b powered Miata with a set of your ITB's. Now that would be one hell of a fast car.
-
how much does the itb setup cost? I was thinking of grabbing a 1990 miata thats mint with 60 000 original miles on it for 2500 making it fully n/a since im gona have a turbo car when the sr goes in my s13. very nice response I agree n/a has its advantages in road racing turbos are fun for drifting and going fast as hell on the freeway!

it's amazing what you can do when you fake dyno sheets
-
all motor > boost
-
how much money is in this car? not including the cars price itself.
-
@terribleoneprimopro you will regret it.
-
Well, you ARE looking for more HP, just the most area under your HP-to-rpm curve plotted from upshift-rpm to redline.
-
whats been done reliability-wise? bigger rad, oil cooler etc, oh and what diff? sort of buildin my NA8 now, but its reliabilty 1st for me before ITBs
No no no, nothing like a 13B. 13B will outperform it except the tight twisties.

It's Naturally Aspirated with our FujiRacing Individual Throttle Bodies. Just got back from the Redline Time Attack in New Jersey where we took first in Modified RWD. 2nd was a Turbo Solstice, 3rd Corvette Z06 & 4th 240 Turbo. We have no boosted LAG and power from 3000~9000 RPM's

A NC will rock with ITB's no doubt. On Friday we hit 184 RWHP on Pump gas just by taking our 38mm chokes out. On Sunday we took first in the Redline Time Attack MODIFIED CLASS. Over 200 WHP is easy with the little 1.8L BP motor on race fuel and more agressive cams. This is why I stayed with Naturally Aspirated on this light car.

Yes you can! Nissan did it with the Turbo. A centrifugal type SC will also work with ITB's. On a big circuit it should be fast with that combo.

Car on this video was choked down for lowend autocross.Tested yesterday out of turns with sucess. More power in midrange to topend and pulling stronger & still pulling @ 8500 Redline. Redline will be set to 9000K now. Changes made: From 38mm intake x 4 to 45mm x 4 & from 80mm Airhorns to shorter 35mm for more top end.

13.544 1/4 mile last night spinning in 1st & sideways in 2nd. with this same motor. Low 13's is possible lowering the tire pressure but we will no doubt snap axles. I will be posting the new vid. shortly.
