@FinalFan0 dude I know this for a fact!! ive been in MooGongRyu TaeKwonDo, for many years im a 2nd dan black belt ..ive seen chuck and jean , and billy get their asses kicked! ..chuck isn't that good , you got to remember one thing ...there is tons of people way better out here!

This was indeed Billy Blanks and the White dude with the red shirt was my Sifu David Collins. I was there when this happened. It was late 80's/early 90's. It was at a tournament in either Boston or Rhode Island and it was very funny at the time. Billy was known for this weird handstanding bycicle kick thing he used to do at the time.
