Megaman would probably be a good one, maybe a final fantasy class, perhaps Simon Belmont, Solid Snake, Kirby, the contra guy, or Opa-opa

you should do the character from pokemon yellow (his name is red i think, also, he's in black and white so you'd probably need to come up with the actual colors for him) and maybe an 8-bit of your logo would be pretty cool as well.
