you are very through. if i may, what is the best cheap shaver in your opinion? i want to go electric but do not have to shave daily as I own the company I work at. But i might more often if it was not time consuming and i could do so quicker say while showering. Thanks for any info you might give me!

Hey there. You might want to consider the Panasonic ES 8103. It's not very expensive, and you can use it wet. It is very similar to the shaver reviewed here, except it only has 3 blades and doesn't come with a cleaning station. If you're looking for a lowered priced shaver this is a good recommendation.

I have a question according to Braun the only difference between the 790cc and the 760cc is that the 760 doesnt have a fast cleaning option. I guess my question is do they both shave the same? There is about a $10 price difference, nothing significant. I am trying to find the perfect razor for my husband for Christmas.

Yes you're right. The 790cc has a quick clean feature and the display is a little different, but shaving performance is the same. I personally like the 790cc with the black charging base as opposed to the white base (760cc). If you shop at Amazon.com just be careful because there are two versions of the 790cc. At the time of writing this the 790cc with a black base is $204 which is the best deal. You can find a direct link on our website. Great gift idea!

Hey man thanks for making the effort to record a review! I bought the Pulsonic couple months ago and it;s great! Last week I tried out the Philips 3D Sensotouch and it was great at cutting the hair but my skin was very red and irritated. I guess my face is just used to the foil shave system.

Thanks for the comment. Glad you're seeing good results with the Braun. I experienced the same thing with the SensoTouch 3D and just posted a review on it last week. I found I got a really nice and close shave while using it wet, however using it dry did produce a bit of irritation and not as close of a shave as the Braun. I did use it for several weeks to try and get use to it, however I seem to prefer foil shavers. I think if you're used to rotary shavers it could be a good match.

@hammer01221 if you use panasonic shaver ,don't push any pressure on it as it will easily hurt your skin^^
