National Geographic's Taboo program, it's a place in Vancouver,Canada where you can shoot heroin legally without having to worry about been arrested, It's the only place in north america of this sort.

Haha junkies unite! I'm a proud intravenous opiate addict, ex-crack/cocaine/meth fiend. Once you get a taste of these drugs there's no turning back. They will haunt you for life....Like many I live a roller coaster life where you never know when it’s going to end.

Do doctors not advise people anymore about the potential of addiction for opiates and not to take them all the time? I know I couldn't get prescribed a percocet without hearing that spiel, and I couldn't get a refill without another prescription. Nowadays, it seems like they're practically forcing it on people, to hear the addicts tell it.

@wks107tdv123 Then watch the overdose numbers crash, the amount of money treating these ODs with emergency services drop dramatically (all of which is covered by the gov because of Canada's healthcare system) and suddenly addicts become patients and can have an easier time weaning off the drugs at their pace.
