MCW Vendetta 2012 - Intro Video

Melbourne City Wrestling are proud to announce that we will be kicking off our 2012 season in style, when we present 'Vendetta' at the Thornbury Theatre on Saturday, January 28!

The event will be headlined by the hottest grudge match of the summer, as for the first time ever, current MCW Champion, Slex, defends the gold against the Juggernaut, Matt Silva. This match came about at our last super card, WrestleClash 3, which took place on October 22, 2011, and we anticipate this to be the most highly anticipated bout in our history thus far.

This main event will headline a stacked undercard, featuring the very best wrestlers from Victoria, and around the country, and will prove to be one of the best value for money events over the summer holidays.

At Vendetta, we will also find out just who is the new Executive Producer of Melbourne City Wrestling. Their job is an important one and includes such duties as match announcements, venue management, looking after talent, fan feedback and correspondence, plus ensuring all MCW shows are of the highest quality. A lot of speculation has already begun as to just who this person will be, find out at Vendetta!

We are also proud to announce that a portion of each ticket sale from the show will be going to support the Epilepsy Foundation Of Victoria. Foundation representative, and MCW roster member Jeff 'Joffa' Corfe, will be appearing at Vendetta, and we are proud to be announcing our support for those who suffer from epilepsy.

Hosting Vendetta 2012 is the historic Thornbury Theatre, located in High Street, Thornbury, only 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. The venue has been considered the home of Melbourne City Wrestling for the past year, with audiences tripling in such a brief period of time. All MCW live events are suitable for fans of all ages.
