The Fluteplayer - (Fløytelåt) - Cover

This is a well known Norwegian song written by Jakob Sande (lyrics) and Geirr Tveitt (music). The lyrics are about a young boy who goes into the wood in springtime to make a flute from the branch of a tree. With the flute he plays so beautifully that we can feel the mystery of life itself, and the old man who is listening to the fluteplayer, remembers back to the time when he was young. The music in this song is a simple, but very nice tune, and I have written an arrangement for guitar trying to make it sound good and at the same time beeing rather easy to play.
