INGREDIENTS:
1 cup dried anchovies
1/3-1/4 cup miso paste
1/4-1 cup red pepper powder
1 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
3-4 garlic cloves pressed/grated
3 tbsp fish sauce
VEGGIES:
1 onion
2 cups mushrooms: shitake, king oyster, enoki, portabella (which ever ones you can find, the more the better!!)
2 cups carrots (matchsticks)
2-3 cups napa (sliced)
2 cups soy bean sprouts (large bean sprouts)
1/2 cup scallions (1 inch strips)
(for extra spicy: add more red pepper powder, jalapenos & red chili peppers!!!)
SEAFOOD: (about 1/2 lb each)
fish: salmon, tilapia, cod (whatever you like)
squid (1/4-1/2 inch rings)
TOFU: extra soft tofu
