This is the routine that I used when I was bulking, or packing on muscle. I would lift as much as could but would still complete the number of sets and reps.
A combination of good form and intensity is the key to making your muscles grow in size and making a workout super effective.

Remember only take no more than a minute on rests between reps and sets!

  • @butagaris Once again..Muscle definition and size is the result of proper diet and exercise.You have proven that you know nothing about the science of bodybulding, or fitness training.If I were on roids, explain how I only gained 8 pounds of muscle in the last 3.5 years i have been lifting.Roids speed that process up for anyone to gain an excess amount of muscle in a very short period of time.

  • Hey bro arj, steroids have several types, there r ones for bein yoked only, ones for yoked n ripped n ones for lean muscle n cut. I highly expect u took the third one, not to forget that u used Clen (a fat burning steroid) to be that fit.
