Thanks so much dude.

lock up your diffs with either bluetac, stickytape or something hard that can jam them
get modified gears for the tl01 (not pinion, stay with a 19t pinion)= 10-20 dollars AUS
if you are running factory made tyres($20-%50) you should NOT use a stock motor, 21turn is good ($20-$100 AUS) if you are using pvc pipe tyres you should get a 23t motor (stock modified = $20-$40) although with pvc tyres($??) you have to have good throttle control and steering control to do it good.
i hope thats helps.

Hey man. I have a TA05 but i also hae a TL01 that i dont use anymore. What would you recomend i get to convert my TL01 into a drift car similar to yours. Prices would be a help too. Thanks heaps

i don't think cutting them is hard, that's if you got the right tools. You need 2 pairs of scissors: a standard, straight one and a curved one, for cutting the wheel spots. there are several curved scissors specifically made for this purpose. hope i could help

precut bodys (good luck finding one they are non existant)
hpi makes a levin body and so does yokomo
but they are not precut

any tips on where i can order/get the levin shell in america? without importing? and hopefully a pre-cut one because cutting them is so friggen gay and hard.

nice drift. you seem to have nice lines. What kind of tires are you using? whats your drift setup like?

I'm using a cut PVC pipe as tyres for the surface you see in the video. My car setup is in the video description. Cheers!
