One July in Lebanon Trailer

This documentary will cover the 2006 Israeli invasion of Lebanon through the eyes of people in Lebanon during the conflict. This trailer features interviews with Dahr Jamail, Habib Battah, Professor Michael Provence and Hanan, a resident of the devastated Dahiyeh district of Beirut.

hmmmm "The vast majority of people killed by Hizballa were Israeli militery, were as the vast majority of people the Israelis killed were Lebanese civilians" - 1) Israel has shelters and evac plans. 2) Hizballa fired artillery on israeli towns and then attacked an Israeli border patrol and continued to fire artillery on Israeli towns throughout the war.

3) Hizballa put most of his bases, outposts, bunkers and soldiers (most without uniform) in civilian areas, using Israeli moral code as shield.

i think that the last 30 seconds of the video are the most powerful ones, the fact that this young girl was able to see positive things in life during a time like that show us that there is hope in the world and if people from both sides will learn to see the good in the world instead of the bad, the world that we are living in will become a better place. wars are a very sad thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!

Even though there were innocent civilians being killed/hurt the news did not go into detail about what was really going on. If it had not been for the live footage then the truth would remain in Beirut. Prapaganda SUCKS!! This video was powerful, yet sad because you really see what's real and what's not :(

The attacks on Lebanon were in no way justifiable. They killed at least one thousand people. Israel bombed civilian homes, hospitals, and schools. However, they some how were able to justify their actions with the help of America. I find it sad that in the most progressive society in the world manages to air Paris Hilton and her drunk driving is more important than the injustice that is being served by Israel to Lebanon.

Through videos and images, it clearly shows the sufferings felt by the people of Lebanon, yet the rest of the world still turns away their heads. Not one reporter, not one show reported how the Israeli government had committed war crimes and that many of the rockets fired where targeted on civilians. Why does the world continue to turn their heads away these people? The world should wake up to this crisis and realize their suffering.
