Took my 12yr old last week in Seattle to his 1st concert...missed a few of my fave songs, but the show was outstanding....we had a blast,,stood right at the stage
Love the Crowes, but after Marc Ford and Johnny Colt left the band wasn't the same. The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion was their best album (and best lineup) hands down.
Yeah the problem was they started trying to sound like all their favourite artists at once and it became a bit of a mess. That said, there are great moments on the later albums too
Thier first two albums are still the best, with three snakes and Amorica fighting for third place. Past that, not a big fan of Lions, war paint or the other stuff. This is a great tune.
