How to make Kakuni コーラとお酢で角煮

Making kakuni takes time. Some people take 4~5 hours or over night to make pork as tender as possible. And using pressure cooker can save your time if you have one.

Ingredients for serving 3~5
: 500~600g(1~1.3pounds) Pork back ribs
: 1 cup Sake
: 30g Ginger
: 2 Garlic clove
: 600ml Coca cola
: 1 more cup Sake
: 30ml Vinegar
: 1 tbsp Mirin
: Bay leaf
: 3~5 Boiled egg
: 2.5 tbsp Soy sauce
: (1 tbsp Sugar) in order to your taste
: Cabbage or whatever vegetable you like
: Rice

* You can also use honey instead of sugar if you are going to use suga to your taste. And like I said in this video, it doesn't taste like coca cola. It's not used for flavor. It's for tenderizing pork back berry faster. I just wanted to save my time.
